What it's like
SEAR takes the cheesesteak and runs it through Springvale. The beef is tender and fatty, there's a sweet chilli jam, and the sauce tastes somewhere between bò kho and pho.
The steak and fries is $19 and comes with very crispy chips and a pepper sauce.
